VinGroup plans 325M International Bond Issuance

VinGroup (HOSE: VIC) will issue up to 1625 bonds at $200,000 par value each, totalling $325M. Investors may have the option to receive shares of Vinpearl JSC (a VinGroup subsidiary) instead of cash. Vingroup's semi-2025 report shows total financial debt of VND 279 trillion (US$10.6B) - about 1.7x its equity.
